Richard Foster re-joined Booz & Company as a Senior Advisor in November 2010.

Prior to this, Richard joined Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division in May 2001 as Marketing and Strategy Officer, responsible for evolving the business model of the Division to take advantage of changes in the banking market and competitive landscape. He became Strategy Officer for Institutional Securities, reporting to the Co-President, in July 2008.

Richard was a Senior Partner at Booz.Allen & Hamilton (now Booz & Company). From 1999 – 2001, he was responsible for their global financial services practice. His personal clients were focused in the investment banking, retail banking and asset management industries.

Richard is a graduate of Cambridge University, and holds a doctorate for his work on strategic planning in uncertain environments.
