Bob Mark is a Booz & Company partner based in London and is a member of the firm’s financial services practice. Bob’s experience and skills in defense transformation, acquisition, and logistics, areas give him deep insight into market needs spanning multiple governments, industries, and geographies.
Bob joined Booz & Company in 2007 as a principal. Prior to that, he served for 30 years in the UK Royal Navy, retiring as a Rear Admiral. His final appointment was as an Executive Director at the Royal College of Defence Studies (RCDS), London. Prior to RCDS, he worked on secondment to BAE Systems’ strategy team and spent three years as Corporate Strategy Director at the UK Defence Logistics Organization.
He has a BS in Earth Sciences and an MS in Management from London Business School, where he was named a Sloan Fellow. Bob is professionally qualified in Hydrography and Oceanography, which he practiced for 15 years. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Navigation and a Chartered Director with the UK Institute of Directors.
