Strategy development for a major Russian oil company.
The world has changed since the first time I visited the, then communist, Russia. Coming back to a country in which I’ve been fascinated since I was at school to help one of their most forward looking companies set its new strategy was an opportunity I couldn’t miss. Working, sometimes daily, with the company’s most senior leadership we progressively reviewed their strategic options, helped them set a new way forward and supported them through to its launch. It’s a great feeling to be there as the product of your effort comes to life.
Why Booz & Company:
The diversity of my colleagues’ backgrounds continues to surprise me. Whatever the project, wherever I’m based, I never cease to learn new things and see new perspectives from my team mates at Booz & Company.
Beyond Booz & Company:
Saturday afternoon at the football is my favourite escape, although I wouldn’t always call it relaxing. When in need of more restive pursuits, I enjoy photography and am teaching myself to paint.
