Favourite Project:
My favourite project was an assignment on behalf of a media company to analyse programming on their television and radio stations for alignment with their strategy. We had to adapt our typical structured analytical approach to the occasionally temperamental and irrational, but never boring, creative side of media - the end result was that one of the channels we "helped programme" bounded from 12th to 2nd place, as measured by ratings.
Why Booz & Company:
The work that we do at Booz & Company really makes a difference for the organisations we work for. Moments that stick with me long after completing an assignment are those where the implementation of our recommendations has produced tangible results; this has particularly been the case in two of my assignments in the public sector - an area I have been focusing on for this very reason.
Beyond Booz & Company:
I am a keen consumer of film (esoteric indies and/or popcorn blockbusters) and music (guilty pleasures a-plenty).
