We offer internships for undergraduate and MBA students. These internships are usually 8-12 weeks long and are offered throughout the year.
An internship means that you work as a consultant, and real team member, on client assignments. You conduct various analyses and client interviews, prepare slides for the final client deck, and take part in client and team meetings (i.e., you do normal consultant work along with the rest of the team). As an Intern, you’ll have both a mentor, who will help you in any way he or she can, and a "buddy", who is handy in everyday situations.
The recruiting process for an internship is as rigorous as the recruiting process for a full-time position, since the aim of the internship is to evaluate the candidate and, if possible, to offer him or her a full-time position by the end of the internship. Therefore the same qualifications (except for completion of MSc degree) is required as for a senior consultant. Please note that we require business level fluency in English and the local Nordic language in the country where you wish to work.
