The interview process at Booz & Company will be conducted over two to three rounds. Each round consists of a number of "case" interviews, along with general discussions to enable us to get to know each other and to give you the opportunity to ask questions.
A case is a scenario modeled after a real business situation or management problem. It is usually based on an occurrence that has been experienced by the interviewer. The case interview is an opportunity for you to show us how you think about solving complex business problems and how you structure your thoughts around these issues.
The case interview makes up the greater part of the interview time. The best preparation is to practice as many case scenarios as possible, talking aloud and generating defensible hypotheses and solutions.
