Based in New York, Scott Corwin is a Booz & Company Vice President with extensive experience assisting clients in developing creative and pragmatic growth strategies for the automotive, media, and consumer industries.

  • Creating the future “bricks and clicks” distribution strategy for a Big 3 automotive original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and its dealers, driven by detailed analyses of vehicle manufacturer and dealer economics and processes
  • Establishing a global brand management/marketing system for a Big 3 automotive company, including organizational design, process development, change management, and brand equity measurement
  • Assisting an automotive luxury manufacturer benchmark and successfully introducing a modified dealer margin structure
  • Leading the development of a customer-centric transformation for a premium global automotive OEM sales, marketing, and distribution company, including providing strategy, processes, organization, and measurement
  • Leading the complete acquisition effort for one of the nation’s largest commercial IT outsourcing programs and assisting in the development of its new operating model, business case, and successful transition to the new IT suppliers

Mr. Corwin has contributed to several articles, including “When Art Meets Science: The Challenge of ROI Marketing,” for strategy+business. Earlier in his career, he served as vice president at A.T. Kearney and vice president at Caliper Corporation.

He received his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, and holds a B.A. from Brandeis University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
