Based in Chicago, Mark Berlind is a Booz & Company Partner and General Counsel. Mark leads the firm's worldwide law department, and also serves as its Chief Compliance Officer. He brings to Booz a deep expertise in solving complex legal issues in the professional services space.
Prior to joining Booz & Company, Mark was General Counsel at AT Kearney, EVP of Corporate and Government Affairs at Kraft, and an associate general counsel at Altria. Mark was also previously General Counsel at Capgemini, and began his career at the law firm of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton.
He graduated from Tufts University with a BA in Political Science and English, and earned his JD from Cornell Law School.
