Based in Dallas, Jose Baquero is a Booz & Company Partner with broad experience in the consumer products and food and beverage industries, where he provides critical insights into business and marketing strategy, channel strategy, supply chain improvement, and organizational transformation.
Mr. Baquero’s engagements include support for some of the most recognizable consumer product and industrial brands in the U.S. and Latin America.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Baquero worked as brand manager for Procter & Gamble de Venezuela, where he helped develop the master plan for the integration of health and beauty product lines into the corporation, developed the long-term marketing/business strategy, and restructured the brand portfolio.
Mr. Baquero graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with an MBA and the title of Palmer Scholar for his outstanding academic performance. He received a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Venezuela, where he claimed the highest GPA in the history of the industrial engineering school.
