Dave is a Booz & Company Partner based in the San Francisco office. He has over 20 years of management consulting experience focused in operations and high tech.
Dave first joined Booz & Company in 1989 before going on to lead successful high-tech consulting practices at two other consulting firms. He recently returned to Booz & Company where he specializes in serving high-tech tech clients on operational issues ranging from procurement to quote-to-cash, to supply chain and services & support.
Dave has led some of the largest and most complex supply chain and operations engagements in the high-tech industry including the HP/Compaq and the Compaq/Digital mergers. Some of his more recent engagements include benchmarking the quote-to-cash process for a major enterprise storage company and the design of a consumer-focused supply chain for a major computing and networking company.
He earned his MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.
