Corey is a Partner in Booz & Company’s Financial Services practice and is based in the New York office. He has over 25 years of retail financial services experience as consultant and senior executive in strategy development and business model transformation, specializing in segment-based business design based on customer insights/analytics and distribution economics.

Corey has led multiple efforts in business transformation, growth strategy, innovation and product development, including a multi-year strategy effort for major retail bank in transition from a product-driven to a customer segment-driven business, overseeing changes to distribution, sales/service, and organizational elements. Corey also assisted a leading investments provider with a customer-driven marketing transformation, which resegmented the client base, refocused marketing strategy and brand development, and installed a customer analytics capability.

Prior to joining Booz & Company, Corey was a partner with McKinsey & Company and Mercer Management Consulting. He also held senior executive leadership roles at Chase Manhattan Bank and Sears Holdings Corporation.

Corey holds a bachelor's degree from Queen's College at the City University of New York, as well as an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the State University of New York-Binghamton.
