Richard Shediac is a senior partner with Booz & Company and the leader of the firm’s Public Sector practice in the Middle East. He has helped governments develop restructuring plans and governance models. He has also assisted in setting economic development strategies and plans. Richard has led large public sector initiatives and aided a number of governments and healthcare organizations working to increase overall sector effectiveness. Richard holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, a master’s degree in engineering from the George Washington University, and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the American University of Beirut.
