Sean Wheeler Dubai |
Sean Wheeler is a partner with Booz & Company and a member of the firm’s Energy and Utilities practice. He has over 12 years of consulting experience and has worked with a number of international and national oil company clients on a variety of large, complex projects. He has led strategic planning and performance management assignments and overseen restructuring and reorganization engagements for senior engineers and Middle East senior clients.
He is currently working to deliver several complex transformation assignments for GCC national oil companies. Recently, his improvements to a comprehensive performance management set of processes for the CEO of a GCC NOC resulted in material changes in the way the CEO runs his business.
Sean holds a master’s degree in business from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Babson College.
