George Haimari is a partner with Booz & Company and a member of the firm’s Financial Services practice. He has over 15 years of broad financial services consulting and industry experience. George has assisted a number of financial services clients with the development of growth and market entry strategies, business planning, organizational restructuring, and operating model design across multiple sectors including commercial banking, investment banking, and capital markets. Examples of his recent assignments include developing a market entry strategy for a new bank in the GCC, boosting the performance of the corporate banking business of the largest bank in the Middle East and assessing the stability of the banking sector of a key country in the GCC. George Haimari holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Université Saint-Joseph in Beirut and an M.B.A. from the American University of Beirut.
