David Tusa is a Partner with Booz & Company and a member of the firm’s Communications, Media and Technology practice. He has over 18 years of experience in operations, consultancy, and finance for mobile communications and satellite operating companies.

After establishing one of the first MVNOs in the Netherlands, he joined Booz & Company in 2000, moving from London to Tokyo and Dubai.

His work centers on mobile operating company performance improvement and satellite program development in MENA, Africa, and Central Asia.
