Our client work
We have worked with our clients in India in setting their strategic and operational agenda. Some of our recent projects:
The creation of a pharmaceutical production facility in India for a leading European pharmaceutical/generic drugs company. The project included the design and implementation of a new global production network, leading to identification of cost reduction potential of around 20 percent and the establishment of a greenfield production facility in India.
An Indian market entry strategy for a German insurance company, which identified businesses offering attractive business prospects. The project also highlighted strategic alternatives and key success factors for the business and an analysis of the fit of each partner’s aspirations and capabilities.
Strategy-based transformation for a leading Indian integrated steel company. The project led to significant cost reductions, approximately 8 to 10 percent, in bought-in costs for major commodities, and led to a more efficient organization across all locations in which the company and its subsidiaries operate.
An Indian market entry strategy for a high-voltage equipment manufacturer. The project included detailed country profiles, product positioning and sales strategy, the optimization of sales processes, and a cost calculation model.
A market study for offshoring engineering services in India for a leading automotive supplier.
An Indian market entry strategy for a steel wheel manufacturer. The project led to overseas capacity expansion plans at lower costs than the domestic alternative.
