Thomas J. Casey
Based in Chicago, Booz & Company Partner Tom Casey is a business and technology expert who specializes in large change initiatives primarily with consumer and media firms. He contributes his deep experience in IT and systems strategies, post-merger integration, trade management, and analytical marketing to support client goals.
In 2003, Mr. Casey and his team won Booz & Company's most prestigious honor for outstanding customer service, the Professional Excellence Award (PEA), for their efforts on a project for Pfizer Consumer Healthcare. He and his team led seven large-scale post-merger integrations, each involving significant complexity in sales and distribution, operations, and IT, and contributing to annual synergies of over $500 million. Work spanned North America, Europe, and Asia, as well as all major functional areas, including manufacturing and supply chains, sales force, and call centers.

Mr. Casey is a former senior manager of the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois/Chicago, where he earned an MBA, and also holds a B.S. in physics from the University of Illinois/Urbana.
