Ralph is a Partner at Booz & Company based in the Atlanta office. He has over 19 years consulting experience serving multiple health clients across the spectrum of payers, providers, and pharma companies. Ralph is aligned to the Global Health and IT practices and leads the cross-industry, functional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practice for North America. Before joining Booz & Company, he was a CRM practice leader at a major consulting firm. He is also the Managing Partner for the Atlanta office.

He specializes in customer relationship management strategies, health industry consumerization trends, the impact of health care reform to the front office operations, strategic business architecture for sales, marketing, and customer service, call center operational improvements, and strategic transformation of customer facing touch points.

Some of Ralph’s recent client engagements include:

  • Designed Consumerization strategy, blueprint, business case, and road map for reorganization of marketing operating model at regional payer
  • Defined Blueprint and Roadmap for Service Operations (Call Center focus) Improvement Initiative at nation’s largest health payor
  • Developed CRM Strategy and Roadmap for the Sales organization at nation’s largest health payor
  • Defined consolidated Service Operations operating model for two Blues plans that were merging together

Ralph has hired, mentored, staffed, and managed a dedicated CRM functional team within Health and Financial Services, which has led to new responsibility of managing CRM for all of NA by extending CRM cross-industry.

Ralph earned his BA from Southern Methodist University (SMU) with high distinction.
