Kenji Mitsui is a Booz & Company Partner based in the Tokyo office leading the Tokyo Health/Life Science practice. He focuses on establishing and expanding our client base in pharmaceutical and medical device companies in Japan. He is also part of the Organization, Change and Leadership practice in Tokyo.
His recent assignments include strategy, operation improvement and workforce planning for pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
Before joining Booz & Company (Gemini Consulting Japan), he worked with Nomura Research Institute, Ltd., where he had extensive experience in regional economic development and infrastructure planning and investment.
Kenji earned his Master’s degree in City Planning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He also holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Engineering from the University of Tokyo.
