Juan Valero is a partner in Booz & Company’s Mexico City office aligned to the firm’s CMD practice. He has broad experience in various sectors, including consumer products, agro industrials and retail.

Juan co-authored “Getting Routes to Market Right: Designing Profitable Go-to-Market Models in Consumer Goods”, one of the firm’s leading whitepapers on this subject.
Juan joined Booz & Company as a senior associate in October 2005. Prior to joining the firm, he was a deputy director in the internal consulting arm of Grupo BAL in Mexico and a manager at A.T. Kearney.
He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and his BS in Economics from ITAM (Mexico). Juan enjoys soccer, mountain bike riding and water skiing.
