Ekaterina Kozinchenko is a Vice President and head of Energy and Utilities practice in Moscow office of Booz & Company. Ekaterina has more than 14 years of consulting experience in assisting major clients in the Energy and Utilities industries in Russia and CIS in such functional areas as Business Transformation and Post-Merger integration programs, Strategy development and implementation, M&A and IPO preparation and Shared Services.
Ekaterina led number of corporate and operational strategy projects focused on identifying growth strategies and opportunities, number of merger and acquisition, IPO preparation and swap deals projects, including 1 bln. USD acquisition deal as well as projects related to creating and implementing shared services centers focused on organizational modeling, activity responsibility and location, service and cost level improvement, SLA design.
Prior to joining Booz & Company, Ekaterina Kozinchenko led Accenture’s Energy Practice in Russia.
Ekaterina Kozinchenko holds MA in Economics and Finance from Financial Academy under the Government of Russian Federation. She also participated in various oil & gas training programs in Oxford University.
