Traci Entel is a New York-based Partner with Booz & Company. She works with the Organization, Change, and Leadership and Health practices, and currently serves as the firm's Chief Human Resource Officer.
Traci has served clients across health, professional services, and retail industries. A recognized thought leader in customer service she authored The Empathy Engine® Turning Customer Service Into a Sustainable Advantage and The Empathy Engine®: Achieving Breakthroughs in Patient Service.
Prior to joining Booz & Company, Traci worked for Katzenbach Partners as Principal and Geography Lead. Traci holds an A.B. in economics and sociology from Dartmouth College. Traci currently sits on the Board of the Metropolitan Jewish Health System in New York.
