Partner Victor Koss is based at Booz & Company's London office, where he assists financial institutions with strategy, performance improvement, and major transformation programs. Mr Koss has global experience, including Europe, USA, Middle East, South East Asia, Latin America and Australasia.
Mr. Koss is a member of the UK Leadership Team responsible for finance, legal, and premises, and is the Financial Services People Partner for Europe. In 2003, he and his team were awarded Booz & Company's highest honour for outstanding customer service—the Professional Excellence Award (PEA)—for leading a bank transformation program.

Mr. Koss graduated as a Baker Scholar from the Harvard Graduate School of Business, and earned a First Class Honors degree in engineering and a B.S. degree from Monash University in Australia.
