Dr. Ulrich Kögler is a partner with Booz & Company and a member of the firm’s Engineered, Products and Services practice. He primarily supports clients in the surface transport, postal and logistics, aviation, and maritime industries, as well as in the infrastructure sector. The functional focus of his work in recent years has been on strategy development, strategic planning, restructuring and turnaround, operations, mergers and acquisitions, and post-merger integration.
He has also worked extensively on a broad range of topics—such as marketing and sales, finance and controlling, and organization—for transportation clients and government authorities, as well as for investment houses in Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
Dr. Koegler holds a PhD in physics from the University of Düsseldorf and a diploma in physics from University of Göttingen.
