Tracie is a Partner in the Financial Services practice based in Booz & Company’s San Francisco office. She has over 20 years of management consulting experience working with broker-dealers, investment management firms and banks. Before joining Booz & Company, she was a Partner with the Capital Markets Company (Capco), a pure-play financial services consulting firm and prior to that spent ten years with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
Tracie specializes in market entry and operations strategy and has worked with clients supporting regional expansion in Asia-Pac and product and market strategies in North America and Europe. Tracie is responsible for working to grow our financial services practice on the West Coast.
Some examples of Tracie’s recent client engagements include: developed online retirement strategy to support cross channel and cross product bank services for a large US banking organization; developed global enterprise-wide business architecture for a $1T global asset manager; assisted major global payments utility in the development of a global sourcing strategy; and assisted a major global payments utility in the development of a organizational strategy to improve service levels and customer experience between the physical operations and application development businesses.
Tracie earned her MBA from the Chicago Booth School of Business and her BA from Princeton University.
