Tim is the Managing Director of Booz & Company ANZSEA, holding responsibility for operations in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. Tim services both the corporate and public sectors and leads the firm’s operations practice.

Tim has over 15 years experience with Booz & Company, consulting primarily to industrial clients in the areas of change management, strategy, and operations improvement.

During his time with Booz & Company, Tim has led major transformational change engagements across the steel, mining, aluminium, consumer, banking, insurance and airline industries.
