Stefan Stroh is a Partner in the Frankfurt office of Booz & Company. He focues on technology and outsourcing projects, restructuring and performance improvement programs and large-scale IT program management work for clients in the transportation, automotive, pharmaceutical, and telecommunications industry.
Mr. Stroh\'s primary areas of expertise include advising on outsourcing and offshoring transactions; designing and implementing growth strategies and restructuring programs for ITO and BPO service providers; transforming IT organizations for better service delivery; rationalizing global IT infrastructures; program-managing large scale ERP and supply chain/logistics systems implementations; and counseling on merger and restructuring transactions. He leads Booz & Company Outsourcing Advisory Services in Europe.
Mr. Stroh has completed a wide range of assignments in Europe, the U.S. and Asia Pacific with major international clients:
Mr. Stroh and his team earned a Professional Excellence Award (PEA)—Booz & Company highest honor for outstanding customer service—for their work with Deutsche Post World Net. A recognized thought leader, he is the author of the Booz & Company studies "Take a Trip into the Future – Technology-based Business Innovation in a Changing Global Travel Distribution Market" and "Next Generation eTicketing."
Mr. Stroh received a master degree in engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt and holds a degree in energy and environmental management from the Technical University of Berlin. As a native German speaker, Mr. Stroh is also business proficient in English.
