Srini Venkateswaran is a Partner in Booz & Company’s New York office. Srini advises financial services clients in two segments -- consumer finance (cards and mortgages) and asset management (mutual funds, pension plans, hedge funds and private equity). Functionally, he specializes in strategy and organizational effectiveness.
Examples of Srini’s client engagements include: post-merger strategy for a global asset management firm; strategic transformation of mortgage business of a money center bank; due diligence for M&A opportunities in credit cards and merchant acquiring for a North American bank; smart card and contactless card strategy for leading credit card and payments organization. He has also authored white papers in asset management and consumer finance, and has been quoted in trade publications such as American Banker and Payments Source.
Srini started his career at Citibank, and was in the private banking and cards groups in New York, the consumer bank in Europe and the corporate bank in Asia. He also led Strategy for Citi Cards. Srini holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
