S. Anthony Bianco is a New York-based Partner and the General Counsel of Booz & Company.

As the Chief Legal Officer, Mr. Bianco is responsible for providing worldwide legal and overall risk management services to the firm, supporting policy formulation, supervising litigation and governance matters, ensuring compliance with the firm’s professional policies, practices, and ethics, as well as administering the firm’s stock programs. He also provides counsel in connection with the firm’s private equity and due diligence work. His areas of particular expertise include commercial and systems contracts, commercial litigation, business ethics, employment law, insurance, real estate, and bankruptcy. He serves as counsel to the trustees of the firm’s U.S. retirement plan. A member of the New York office leadership team, Mr. Bianco has also served as a commercial arbitrator and as President of a captive insurance company.

A member of the Board of Governors of the New York Athletic Club, Mr. Bianco also serves on the Board of the Grand Central Partnership, and is a board member of the Battery Dance Company in New York City.

Mr. Bianco was awarded the degree of Juris Doctor by Columbia Law School. He also holds a Baccalaureate Degree in engineering (chemical) from Pratt. He has been a member of the Bar of the State of New York since 1975.
