Roberto Marchi is a Partner at Booz & Company, member of the global financial services team, and based in São Paulo, Brazil. He specializes in strategy, market and business assessment, and business transformation for financial services institutions. He has expertise in retail financial services (i.e.: retail banking, cards, and consumer finance) and wealth management (i.e.: private banking and asset management), as well as broad functional experience in post-merger integration (PMI) for banks.
In his more than 12 years in consulting with Booz & Company, he has served leading financial institutions in a wide range of assignments in the key markets in South America, as well as in the US. His main experiences have included:

Leading the post-merger integration programs for two of the largest financial institutions in Latin America;

Strategy and transformation program for a top international bank in Brazil, supporting its path into a customer centric organization;

Leading the strategy and growth plan for one of the largest cards company in Brazil;

Target acquisition assessments, as well as business due diligences for important financial institutions entering or expanding in the region.
Prior to joining Booz & Company, Roberto worked at Siemens and at the two largest telecommunications services companies in Brazil. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Electronics Engineering from Escola Politécnica at the University of São Paulo (USP).
