Rich joined Booz & Company in 1999 as an Associate in the Cleveland office. He transferred to the Paris Office in 2000, where he focuses principally on the automotive sector. Rich has played an important role in developing relationships and business at target clients in the automotive sector, industrial vehicles, and their dealers. He has worked with clients in Europe, the US, the Middle East and Asia. He is a thought leader in demand side transformation.
Rich earned his BA and MA in Economics at Cambridge University in the UK and his PhD in Economics at the University of Massachusetts in the United States. Before joining Booz & Company, Rich was an Assistant Professor at Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management, in Cleveland, Ohio.
