Rich Kauffeld is a New York-based Partner who specializes in helping Booz & Company's consumer products clients refine business strategies and tailor supply chain capabilities to pursue customer and channel growth opportunities.
Mr. Kauffeld’s supply chain experience also includes distribution network optimization and the integration of sales and operations planning processes to improve service and reduce costs.

A recognized thought leader, Mr. Kauffield is the author of the Booz & Company study "The Power of Operational POS – From Managing at the Mean to Managing the Meaningful."
Mr. Kauffield has over 20 years of experience working with consumer products companies, including ten years as a management consultant and ten years in private industry. Before rejoining Booz & Company in 2005 as a Partner, he held a series of senior-level positions at R.J. Reynolds and the Campbell Soup Company, where he worked in strategic planning, business development, and general management roles.
Mr. Kauffeld holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a BA in Economics from Cornell.
