Frank Ribeiro is a Partner in the Global Health and Organization & Strategic Leadership practices, based in New York. He focuses on strategy development, corporate transformation, and associated capability building programs for clients in the health industry and services companies more broadly.

Mr. Ribeiro has worked with leading health plans and other health services specialty companies. He has led various engagements focused on business and functional strategy, capability building programs, organizational re-structuring, and merger integration.

• For two large health plans, Mr. Ribeiro led an enterprise wide merger integration planning program in preparation for a merger close. Including oversight of planning for ancillary businesses.
• For a large health plan, Mr. Ribeiro played a lead role in the development and roll out of an overall transformation program including long-term strategy development and identification of initiatives to enable the transformations.
• For a large health plan, Mr. Ribeiro led the evaluation of the TPA market and development of market entry options.
• For a regional health plan, Mr. Ribeiro led the evaluation of the Medicare market and opportunity to launch a new service offering.
• For a services provider, Mr. Ribeiro led an overall transformation effort to improve efficiencies of the current business and develop a new operating model for new growth areas.
• For a regional HMO, Mr. Ribeiro led a market and competitive assessment in preparation for the development of a long-term strategic plan.
• For a regional Blue Health Plan, Mr. Ribeiro led an organizational restructuring and admin cost improvement initiative to support the plans long-term strategy.

Prior to joining Booz & Company, Frank was employed in the high-tech industry in a variety of management positions across engineering, marketing, finance and strategic planning.

Frank has authored several whitepapers and articles focused on the benefits of creating more service focused customer centric organizations. He authored a chapter on organization in a recently published book titled The Professional Services Firm Bible.

Frank received an MBA from the Stern School for Business at New York University and also holds a BS in Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is fluent in Portuguese and proficient in Spanish and French.
