Ramez Shehadi is a Partner who leads the firm’s information technology practice in the region. He helps corporations and government organizations maximize their leverage of IT, achieve operational efficiencies, and improve governance of IT services. For instance, Mr. Shehadi has led projects for a Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) integrated health network and headed e-government strategy projects for two GCC countries. He oversaw the development of an IT strategy for one of the largest telecommunications companies in the Middle East, including budget optimization, outsourcing assessments, and more.

Prior to joining Booz & Company, Mr. Shehadi was senior director of product development and engineering for eBreviate.com of San Francisco, California; held research positions in Canada; and worked as a mechanical engineer with Stone & Webster Engineering of Boston. He earned a master of applied sciences degree in industrial engineering from the University of Toronto and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Rutgers University. Mr. Shehadi is a dual Lebanese–Canadian citizen.
