Ramesh Nair joined the firm as a Partner with the Financial Services team, based in Florham Park, New Jersey. He brings a breadth of experience in marketing, sales, service and collections, risk management, IT strategy, merger integration, and front-office operations.
Previously Ramesh was a Managing Director at BearingPoint. He led the Customer Experience Management, and IT Strategy, Analytic, and Information Management practices for Financial Services with a focus on banking and securities firms.
Ramesh has led major engagements in customer management across lines of businesses and channels, credit risk management integrating corporate and business units, business intelligence and data warehousing including advanced analytics, enterprise level single view of customer data solutions, and IT strategy, blueprinting and architecture.
Within the firm’s North American FS practice, Ramesh will help our clients develop more effective client relationship management capabilities through effective technologies and operating models, while also contributing to building the firm’s bank transformation offerings.
Ramesh has an MBA from New York University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Madras, India.
