Dr. Raed Kombargi is a partner with Booz & Company and a member of the firm’s Energy, Chemicals and Utilities practice. He focuses on strategic, organizational, and business improvement assignments, in upstream oil and gas. Dr. Kombargi’s work has included leading a feasibility assessment of a liquefied natural gas terminal for one of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, a business improvement plan for a major deepwater operator in western Africa, strategy development for a national oil company, and the negotiation of service-level agreements between one of the largest petrochemical holding companies in the Middle East and its 17 subsidiaries.
Dr. Kombargi holds a Ph.D. in applied physics as well as a master’s degree in philosophy, a master’s degree in science, and a bachelor’s degree, all from Columbia University.
