Olaf Acker is a partner with Booz & Company and a member of the firm’s Communications, Media, and Technology practice. He has over 14 years of management consulting and industry experience serving clients in Europe, North America, and the Middle East. Olaf primarily works with clients in the telecommunications, media, and technology industries, focusing on large-scale technology transformation programs.
He also works with clients on improving their customer-facing processes and systems, and leads Booz & Company’s Middle East and European CRM Center of Excellence. His recent assignments include the strategic transformation of the technology units of a major European mobile operator, the development and implementation of a group IT strategy for a Middle East telecom operator, and the transformation of the operating model of a global satellite operator.
Olaf holds a master's degree from the University of Wuerzburg (Germany), with emphasis on business computing, marketing, and English language studies; he also attended the executive education program at the London Business School.
