As a Partner in Booz & Company’s global Communications, Media & Technology team, based in New York City, Matt focuses on growth strategy and sales and marketing effectiveness for clients across the marketing and media ecosystem.
Some recent high-profile projects have included: helping a major media company develop a digital marketing services business; developing a capabilities-driven growth strategy for a marketing services client to enhance and better monetize innovation in social, local and mobile; helping a leader in the beauty category to build out stronger e-commerce capabilities; and working with a major loyalty marketing company to realign its business around a winning capabilities system.
Matthew has more than 17 years of consulting experience. Before joining Booz & Company, he worked for Arthur D. Little. Matthew holds a BA in economics from Dartmouth College, from which he graduated Phi Beta Kappa, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
