Louise Fletcher is a London-based partner with Booz & Company, working with clients in the banking and insurance industries on strategic assignments that involve developing strategies and large business transformations with high information technology (IT) content to realise benefits.
Louise leads Booz & Company’s European IT practice across all markets and has 19 years of professional consulting experience.

Before joining Booz & Company, Louise was a partner at KPMG Consulting for 10 years where she led the UK financial services practice and, amongst other corporate responsibilities, also served on the Board.
