Mr. Dehoff has over ten years of experience working with clients to improve product development efficiency and effectiveness. • Helping a major US aerospace & defense company define capabilities required to reduce the cost of a next generation weapons system by 20%
• Leading a cross-functional program to reduce product complexity and improve product profitability by 15% for a European vehicle manufacturer
• Playing a major role in a US automotive company turnaround program including product strategy and product development efficiency & effectiveness
• Reducing the cost of a new family of automatic transmission systems by 15% through design-driven cost reduction at an automotive supplier

Prior to joining Booz & Company, Mr. Dehoff was manager of factory automation & systems with Boeing Defense & Space Group. He has also held positions with Packard Electric Division of General Motors and AMP, Incorporated.

Mr. Dehoff received a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MS in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Lehigh University. He received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
