With two decades of consulting experience, Partner Kazunori Hosoda assists Booz & Company clients with managerial issues from his office in Tokyo.

Mr. Hosoda’s expertise ranges from vision creation, strategy formulation and implementation support, and business evaluation planning to operation and IT design and organization construction.

He also has intensive knowledge of and experience in dealing with “people” matters regarding implementation transformation programs.
