Jonathan Harrison is a partner in Booz & Company’s Sydney office aligned to the operations team with a focus on customer and decision analytics. He has extensive expertise in delivering strategy driven, customer-centric change management programs within the telecommunications and other technology driven service industries like financial services and government organizations.
Jonathan joined Booz & Company in 2002 as a principal in the telecoms practice. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at Putnam Hayes & Bartlett in their Australian and European telecoms practice, and subsequently as partner based in Boston.
Jonathan holds an undergraduate degree in economics from Harvard and a graduate econometrics degree from Sydney University.
