Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Niebuhr was a software engineer at IBM and a management consultant at Mummert AG.
He has an MBA from London Business School and an undergraduate degree in business administration and computer systems engineering from TFH Berlin. He is also a Young Leader of Atlantik Brücke, an organization that promotes understanding and alliance between the U.S. and Germany.
