Hugo Trepant is a Booz & Company partner based in London working with clients in the public sector including defence, security sectors, and health. He also specializes in oil, gas, and utilities.
Mr. Trepant has extensive experience in strategy development, transformational change, enabling technologies and the management of change. This experience spans across Europe and the Middle East.

Mr. Trepant began his professional career with Thompson CSF (Avionics Division R&D) and then as a Petroleum Engineer with Schlumberger Wireline. He subsequently moved into consulting, specialising in exploration & production, utilities and technology. More recently he has led some of Booz & Company's largest transformational change programmes in the public sector.
Mr Trepant holds a BSc in Physics and MBA from Imperial College London. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and The Energy Institute. He has also completed the Marathon des Sables in 2008 and 2010.
