Enrico Strada is partner with Booz & Company based in Milan. During his 20-year professional career, Mr. Strada has acquired broad strategic and business transformation experience on a wide range of operations, organization, and technology issues.
His function expertise includes:
- Markets and processes knowledge;
- Strategic transformation experiences such as post merger and alliances integration, shared services, and outsourcing;
- Business transformation dictated by technology convergence.
He started his professional career as a software engineer in the R&D department of Olivetti. Before joining Booz & Company, Strada worked as the Director of the European Competence Center at Digital Equipment Corporation.
Enrico Strada holds a Masters degree in Electronic Engineering from Milan Polytechnic University, he is a Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program graduate, and he received proficiency certificates in Marketing Management from INSEAD (Paris) and IMD (Lausanne). He has authored several articles in the field of information technology, and is the chairman and speaker for the Italian Shared Services Council.
