Earl is a Partner in Booz & Company’s Energy, Chemicals, and Utilities (EC&U) practice and is based in Dallas. His management consulting experience is primarily focused on the energy industry. Before joining Booz & Company, he worked with Deloitte Consulting, where he also focused strategy and operations consulting primarily with energy and utilities clients.
Earl’s experiences include assignments in a variety of topics including, but not limited to:
- Corporate and business unit strategy
- Strategy-based transformation/performance improvement projects
- Corporate services
- Capital allocation
- Shared services strategy, organization design, and service rationalization
- Customer operations
- Performance management
- Mergers and acquisitions (due diligence, synergies assessments, and post-merger integration)

He has written articles and viewpoints on mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, performance management and customer operations.
Earl earned his MBA at Harvard Business School, and earned a BS in Accounting, summa cum laude from Florida A&M University.
