David is a Partner based in the Amsterdam office, where he co-leads the local Financial Services Practice. He specialises in commercial/corporate banking, including market growth strategy, customer segmentation, client service models, and organisational design.
Prior to joining Booz & Company in 2004 as a Senior Associate, he worked for 15 years in the financial services industry where, in assignments in Asia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe, he gained experience in corporate lending, structured and export finance, risk management, branch management, credit (re-)insurance, and debt collection. He has published extensively on financial services topics. During the past two years he has focused on building the Dutch practice, particularly with high profile banking clients affected by the recession.
David received a BS, summa cum laude, in Business Administration/Finance from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
