David is a Booz & Company Partner responsible for the IT practice across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. David recently re-joined Booz & Company in Sydney, and consults and travels extensively throughout Asia.
David has 25 years consulting experience, having consulted to international clients in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, the Middle East, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Brunei and Malaysia.
His major expertise is in Strategic IT and large scale program management and business transformation. David’s focus is the financial services industry, where his clients have included the top five Australian banks, major international banks, and a number of Australian and South East Asian insurance companies.
Prior experience includes partner roles with A.T. Kearney, Booz Allen Hamilton and Accenture, together with a six month secondment as President Solutions Consulting Asia South for EDS.
David has a Bachelor of Science and a Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from La Trobe University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Computing and Information Systems from Monash University and is a member of the Australian Computer Society and the Chartered Institute of Transport. In addition, he is an occasional lecturer in Business and IT alignment at the University of NSW and is the Chairman of the Industry Advisory Group within the School of Information Systems, Technology and Management, Australian School of Business, University of NSW.
