Ms. Rollmann is a Partner in Booz & Company’s Global Health Practice and located in the New York Office. She focuses on sales and marketing and business growth, helping clients understand and develop strategies for responding to their customer environment and then building the internal capabilities required to execute against those strategies. Example projects include:

  • Identification and evaluation of growth options for a medical surgical supplier needing to stabilize a declining market share and position for growth
  • Assessment for a pharmaceutical company of market interest in alternative strategies for creating incremental value around pharmaceutical products through new offerings 
  • Developed a landscape of partnership, in-licensing and out-licensing opportunities for a pharmaceutical company seeking to maximize the value of its nutritional food business
  • Product launch strategy for a new $100MM therapeutic product
  • Development of a pharmaceutical company’s strategic marketing plan
  • Short term growth strategy for a pharmaceutical manufacturer’s therapeutic product line
  • Assistance to a pharmaceutical company interested in integrating more advanced analytics into the evaluation of its promotional activities in order to enhance competitiveness.
  • Assessment of the potential value and feasibility of supporting a local health information technology pilot.
  • Developed a toolkit to assist country managers in an international pharmaceutical company in developing and evaluating alternatives to address lack of exclusivity challenges
  • Overview of the landscape of emerging, patient-centered care delivery models for a pharmaceutical manufacturer
  • Support for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ (CMS) design of a Medicare-endorsed drug discount card program, preparing an overview of the pharmaceutical benefit landscape and the private and public sector pharmaceutical value chain
  • Review of the economics of the PBM industry for a pharmaceuticals manufacturer
  • Redesign of the strategic planning function for a multi-national pharmaceutical company facing a more complex and competitive environment

Ms. Rollmann co-led Booz & Company’s study of how consumerism and CDHPs are impacting healthcare decision-making and the extent to which providers are open to and prepared for changing customer requirements under CDHP. She co-authored the IN VIVO magazine article "Competing in a Retail Health Consumer Marketplace."

Ms. Rollmann received a B.A. summa cum laude from Yale University. She graduated with an M.P.A from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.
