Christian Burger is a Munich-based Senior Partner with Booz & Company who specializes in organization and change leadership. In addition to working with healthcare companies, he works with European telecom operators and technology clients. Mr. Burger joined the firm in 1989.

Mr. Burger is the co-author of Werte schaffen Wert – a book that highlights the importance of governance and values-based leadership in today´s business environment, and is one of the authors of the strategy+business magazine article "Corporate Governance: Hard Facts about Soft Behaviors."
Earlier in his career, Mr. Burger founded Booz & Company Rome office where he led the firm's work for Italian communications, media, and technology clients. He has served as the firm´s Lead Marketing Partner and as a member of Booz & Company Professional Excellence Awards committee.
Mr. Burger holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Masters in Aerospace Engineering from the Munich Technical University.
